I have kept in contact with Domaine Sante CEO for many reasons. Being a F&B Foodie and Bar guy myself, I support and employ many of the same Business Constructs this company provides. I.E.: Sustainability, Vegan, Paleo, Natural Sweetener etc. I have been privileged to assist in the process in earlier years and am grateful for such experience. I am proud to say I used each ingredient in a different way. The All Sass in a tequila based cocktail, the bord o blanc in a home-brewed Weiss beer, the bord o rouge in a house made jam with agar agar and xanthum gum, the spicy infusion in a house made Bloody Mary sauce paired with a fish entree, and the mint infusion into a foam as an element of a gin based cocktail approach with the help of my ISI syphon. This infused grape nectar is one of my favorite grape nectar blends yet! It is perfectly sweet with a subtle mint flavor that makes it ideal for mojitos. The mint essence is enough on its own, but add some muddled mint in there and you're in for a refreshing minty treat. I highly recommend this blend!
