BEST BROCCOLI SALAD RECIPE
  • 1 lb broccoli florets (and stem cut into very small pieces)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
Vinaigrette (Lemon)
  • shallot (large, finely diced)
  • 2 tablespoon All-Sass Grape Nectar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes and almonds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Lemon Vinaigrette.
  3. Toss the salad with the vinaigrette, coating everything well.
